Project Account
- program menu,
- list of project's names in which the currently logged user is working
(is able to account hours),
- days of the week (changing by'one back', 'one forward', go to ...),
- summarization of hours in the week spent on the project,
- list of the project ids corresponding to the project's name from the
first column,
- a signle 'projects hours in day' cell; double-click on every of them
causes showing of the 'Hours accounting dialog,
- a single 'project' cell; double-click on any of them causes showing of
the 'Cost & expenses' dialog,
- log-in & log-out button,
- shows 'Hours accounting' dialog (for the currently selected
'project/day' cell),
- show 'Cost & expenses' dialog (for the currently selected 'project
cell),
- shows dialog to week's number selection,
- creates ' Weekly reports' (see.: 'Output documents -> Weekly report')
- show bulletin for the currently selected project,
- summarization of hours during the days.
Hours accounting dialog
This dialog gets a possibility to add or edit hours accounted for the
projects. User is able to account hours for these tasks in project where is
he set as a working employee. There are two types of comments attached to
every hours accounted for the project: internal and external. They are used
adequately for intrnal and external reports.
- list of tasks allowed to accounting for the user being currently
logged,
- project id,
- name of project for which hours are accounted,
- amount of hours accounted for the currently selected task in the
project,
- amount of travelling hours (included in these amount from 4.),
- name of the employee for who hours are accounted (equals the
logged one),
- tab with a text area to edit internal comments for the currently
choosen task in project
- tab with a text area to edit external commentsfor the currently
choosen task in the project.

Cost & Expences accounting dialog
This dialog has been design for insertion and edition
of the costs and expensees in the projects. There are some predefined
data shown, as standard rates, currency (defined in DB, so being able to
change...)

| Tab: General
This tab describes a project being currently edited
- name of the project being currently edited,
- id of the currently edited project,
- name of the currently logged employee,
- current date,
- this button is unavailable when the 'General' tab is selected
- this button is unavailable when the 'General' tab is selected
- checks all the data edited in the dialog, saves all the costs
and expenses edition and close dialog
- close a dialog without saving any changes

Tab: Costs
This tab allowas to edit costs in the projects. User is able to
set a name of the cost(i.e.: ' a new computer for ...'), amount of
money spent for it,recepee attached to the cost, date and also some
more detailed description by using the
'Comments' tab.

- amount of money in the currently edited cost,
- recepee attached to the edited cost,
- date,
- list of costs in the project
- checks edited data and moves it from the upper part into the
list of all costs
- removes selected cost from the list of all in the projects
- checks all the data edited in the dialog, saves all the costs
and expenses edition and close dialog
- close a dialog without saving any changes

| Tab: Expenses
This tab allows to edit expenses in the project. User is able to
set a name of the expense (i.e.: 'hotel in Zurich', 'trip by car'),
kilometers or value, rates (i.e.: 'car rate', 'currency exchange
rate','daily diet', ...), recepee attached to the expense, date and
some more detailed information by using the
'Comments' tab. There is a possibility to set a rate by using
the 'Rates' and 'Currency' tab

- amount of kilometers (interchangeably with 'value'),
- amount of money (interchangeably with kilometers ),
- rate (can by set by using the 'Currency' and
'Rates' tab),
- recepee attached to the expense

This tab allows to attache more detailed information or comments
to the project's cost or expense

| Tab: Rates
This tab allows to set rates in the costs and expenses by using
some predefined in the system. All the items from this list are
defined in the database, so there is a possibility to add new or
edit the existing one in a very easy way.

'Expenses' tab,
